With CoCoTab, you’ll always be up-to-date with professionally-designed materials. And you’ll benefit by consistently marketing the right image of your business to your target markets.


How CoCoTab Works

If your business image is important to you and you occasionally need assistance with updating your marketing materials or if you need to create a small print ad, a simple flyer or a website banner ad (but you don’t want to pay a graphic designer’s minimum fee!), this program is for you.

Never worry about budgeting or stress about future charges. For a low monthly fee paid quarterly, CoCo & Associates can handle your simple marketing projects. You are guaranteed your reserved time of marketing maintenance per month—at a reduced hourly rate.

It’s Easy

It’s as simple as 1-2-3! 1) Complete the one-page agreement, 2) email or fax the completed agreement to CoCo & Associates, and 3) your credit card will be charged each quarter in advance. Your requested time per month will be reserved for you for the next three months. You will receive a statement each quarter. You can cancel at any time prior to the next billing. And there is “roll-over” within your pre-paid quarter.

What if I use more than my reserved time per month?

Not a problem. We’re flexible. Your program can be customized to however many hours you’d like to reserve per month in a quarter. Or you have the option of paying the preferred rate for participating members which is still lower than our standard rate. We’ll let you know ahead of time if your project will require more than one hour so there will be no surprises.

What if I don’t use my reserved time every month?

Easy. We’ll just “roll-over” your non-used time to the next month until the end of the quarter. Roll-overs expire at the end of each quarter. If you don’t think you’ll need to use us for a quarter, take a break, and then come back when you do think you’ll need us. No problem.
